Mad'Eole hat ein Programm für die Elektrifizierung von 15 Dörfern bis ins Jahr 2012 gestartet. Dieses Programm bildet die Grundlage für ein Rahmenabkommen mit der staatlichen Agentur für die ländliche Elektrifizierung ADER, welche sich finanziell an den Projekten beteiligt. Die Dorfbevölkerungen beteiligen sich durch kollektive Arbeiten und eine Anschlussgebühr der Abonnenten. Einmal in Betrieb decken die Abonnenten die laufenden Kosten für die Ueberwachung, Ersatzteile und die Erneuerung der Anlagen. Mad'Eole hat im Bereich der Dorfelektrifizierung in den letzten fünf Jahren eine eigene Methode entwickelt. Sie beruht auf der Integration ganzer Dorfgemeinschaften in einen gemeinsamen Entwicklungsprozess, dessen erste Etappe die Inbetriebnahme des Dorfnetzes ist. Mindestens 80 Prozent der potentiellen Abonnenten erreichen in einem einzigen gemeinsamen Schritt dasselbe technische Entwicklugnsniveau ihres Dorfes.

Mad'Eole a élaboré un programme d'électrfication rural couvrant 15 villages jusqu'à 2012. Ce programme est la base d'une convention de cadre avec l'Agence de Développement de l'Electrification Rurale ADER de l'état malgache. L'ADER participe aux coûts tandis que les villageois participent par leurs travaux collectifs et par une contisation forfaitaire par abonné. Après la mise en oeuvre les abonnés couvrent les frais courants (surveillance, pièce détachées, remplacement de l'equipement) par leurs paiements mensuels. Dans le domaine de l'électrification rurale Mad'Eole a développé dans les dernières cinque années une méthodologie innovatrice. Elle est basée sur une intégration entière de toute une population villageoise et la mise oeuvre du réseau villageois consiste à la première étappe dans une processesus de développement. Au moins 80 pourcent des abonnés potentiels seront ainsi par un seul pas au mème niveau d'un développement technique de leur village.

Mad'Eole worked out a 15-village-program realised until 2012. The program is the basis for a frame convention with malagasy Agency for rural electrification ADER which participate financially at the costs. Villagers participate with their collective work and a financial contribution for each contractee. After connecting the system contractees cover running costs as surveillance, spare parts and replacing of the equipment. During last five years Mad'Eole developped its own and innovative methodology in rural electrification. Based on the integration of an entire village population the connecting of the village-grid builds the achieving of the first step in a communitiy developping procedure. Therefore at least 80 pourcent of the potential contractees are at one step on the same level of technical development in theire village.
